Everything was absolutely amazing!

The property is nice, quiet, and in a great location, close to restaurants and shops, so that you can walk around.

Very clean and spacious room. The top floor felt very private despite being in a shared inn. The breakfasts were fantastic! And you can't beat the location if your plans are around downtown Wilmington.

You can tell that they are making efforts to modernize the rooms, so in that sense it was better than the pictures made it seem. The biggest gripe I have about my stay was the adjoining rooms and the zero sound insulation between the rooms. The whole week there were loud people in the room next to me that made it quite unenjoyable. The other thing that I don’t love is because they don’t always have a staff member working onsite, we were kicked out of the pool area because they were closing it at 5pm. In addition to that, my rental car was hit in the parking lot, which of course is not their fault, but the cameras that they have in the lot aren’t functional. It is a very convenient location if you want to explore the Kure beach and Carolina beach area, it’s too bad they have a giant ugly black pipe running the entire length of the beach but hopefully that won’t be around for too long.

Would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room.
